Shipping

Stocked accessories

Stocked accessories ship from Sydney within 2 business days of order confirmation.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $250 (incl. GST) to Australian metro postcodes.
  • Flat rate under $250 starts at $19.95 and scales by weight.
  • Regional and WA / NT postcodes attract a freight surcharge calculated at checkout. No surprise fees post-purchase.
  • Bulky items (full-length roof racks, multi-piece kits) ship via dedicated freight courier with a tail-lift delivery option for an additional fee.

Tray and canopy builds (trays and canopies)

Purpose-built trays and canopies are shipped directly to your partner installer once production is complete. Freight and install scheduling are coordinated together and quoted alongside your build.

Dispatch windows

Orders placed before 12pm Sydney time on a business day are picked and packed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends ship the next business day.

Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number, emailed to you the moment your order leaves the warehouse. If tracking shows no movement after 5 business days, contact us and we'll chase it.

Returns

Stocked accessories

We offer a 30-day change-of-mind returns policy on stocked accessories, provided:

  • The product is unused and in original condition;
  • Original packaging is intact and re-usable;
  • You contact us at info@weldingmen.com.au before returning anything, so we can issue a return reference.

Return freight is at the customer's cost unless the product was faulty or sent in error. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the returned product being received and inspected. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Tray and canopy builds

Spec'd trays and canopies are not returnable once production has started. This is industry standard for engineering. The configurator captures everything we need to confirm the build matches your requirements before the workshop begins, and we flag any compatibility concerns at quote time.

If a competition build arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will repair or replace under our 3-year structural warranty at no cost to you.

Damaged or lost in transit

If your order arrives damaged or short on items:

  1. Photograph the damage or shortage before unpacking further.
  2. Email info@weldingmen.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with the photos and your order number.
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund within 2 business days at no cost to you.

If a tracked shipment hasn't arrived after 7 business days metro or 14 business days regional, get in touch and we will lodge a missing-parcel claim with the courier on your behalf.
