How it works

Every Weldingmen Offroad tray and canopy is shipped to a vetted partner installer in your state, who fits it to your ute. Right now we have one fully-confirmed install partner in Sydney; we're actively onboarding partners in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Cairns, Townsville and Darwin.

When you submit a quote, the team matches you with the closest installer at the time of build. Where there's no immediate match, we'll quote freight to your preferred local auto-fab shop and ship our install spec sheet alongside.

The install process

  1. Build complete, install booked. When your build is ready, we contact you and your matched installer to lock in a fitting slot. Most installs are scheduled within 1-2 weeks of build completion.
  2. Freight to installer. Your tray or canopy ships directly to the installer's workshop. Freight is coordinated by us and included in your quote.
  3. You bring the ute. You drop your ute at the installer on your booked day. Most tray-only installs are same-day collection. Tray + canopy fit-outs are typically a full day, sometimes two.

Quality control

Every installer is an established auto-fab shop with verified insurance, ABN, and at least 5 years in business. Every tray and canopy ships with our install spec sheet covering torque values, weatherproofing details, and finish standards. Our 3-year structural warranty applies whether the install was done at our Sydney facility or by a partner. One standard.
